Well, the homepage of the US site has anyway and I think it looks a lot cleaner and apart from a few little niggles (read http://9rules.com/whitespace/css_redesigns/yahoo_css_redesign.php for a great write up) I think it is a massive step forward and one which I think will solidify the case for CSS layouts when selling the idea to a client.
