There have been many rumours over the years about Macromedia so when I heard Adobe had acquired Macromedia I didn't believe it... until I followed a link to the news on bbc's site I started to worry... then I saw the news on smh.com.au and finally I read Mike Chambers' thoughts which led me to Adobe's official announcement.

I have calmed down a little now, I just hope we don't end up with Adobe GoWeaver CSMX and Fireshop MCXS?!?!
