Just came across this girl via a newsletter email, she is a like a female Michael Hedges attacking her Ovation Acoustic guitar like a drum kit, watch one of her videos on her site KakiKing.com to see what I mean (go to the Audio/Video section). Pretty impressive stuff!

check out this guy much more aggressive with a lot more composition but Kaki is great no doubt, also cheers to her marketing team.

Kaki King in Frets as the future of acoustic guitar...ha ha ... man the hype machine never ends. If shes the future then consider acoustic guitar facing a horrible death.

kaki king the future of acoustic guitar .. hahahahaahaha the sad part is that the power of the media goes along way..just goes to show how dangerous it is and how we could be brainwashed from other things we dont know about. Kaki King is good .. but by far less then many other stellar players.

Kaki Kings marketing team ROCKS they are virtuoso's Kaki can play and can write decent tunes but thats it. Now that she plays electric maybe theyll call her the future of electric. Watch out Steve Vai Kaki is after your crown. If her team can make that happen then were are indeed in trouble.
