A quick update on Rate My Drawing Mick has now introduced full colour and pen thickness as well as interchangeable backgrounds. There have already been some amazing drawings submitted since the change.Jon 11:26 AM Permalink
IE was right. There I've said it. I noticed that my homepage was looking a bit buggered after seeing the screenshot up on Web Creme so I looked into it and found that I had accidently put an image inside my unordered list tags (but not meaning it to be a list item) now for some reason the only browser that picked up on this and rendered the image inside the unordered list was IE, firefox was fine on PC & Mac, as was Camino and Safari. Weird.

I don't think Freaksauce has ever featured on a css design showcase type of site before so I was pretty chuffed to see that I'd made it onto Web Creme (currently sitting on page 2 but I presume sites get added quite often so don't quote me on that!). There are some great of examples of css designs on there no doubt spurred on by May 1st, viva la reboot!Jon 1:30 PM Permalink

The time has finally come and so welcome to the all new freaksauce, it might not look much but she's got it where it counts. The new overhauled homepage now includes a few latest posts from my weblog with the help of magpieRSS php Classes. I also have my latest flickr photos and some of my recent projects. I have a consistent style across the board now, something which is long overdue and I have ditched flash except for my threadless widget and sifr for my headings. I suppose you think that is a bit weird for a flash developer but I have plenty of flash examples which I can showcase, for instance check out my latest project that I worked on, www.50towns50weeks.org.au, the interactive map uses AMFPHP to connect to a MySQL database which is populated through a CMS ,which by the way, I also built and an xhtml/css front end which, yep I built too.Enough of my chatter, hope you like the new design!
