A friend of mine just pointed me in the direction of http://www.artsconnect.com.au/ notice any similarities? Now I'm not a logo designer but I was pretty chuffed when I carved out my freaksauce logo a few years back and I don't know whether I have copied them or they have copied me but what are the odds of 2 people in Australia designing the same logo by accident? What do you do in these situations?

If you look very carefully it is not exactly the same. On their logo the "legs2 are equal in length.

Looks like they've used that since at least May 04. Why not contact them directly and see if they know anything?
