Yesterday I was made aware of artsconnect.com.au and their logo having a striking simularity to my freaksauce one. Anyway, I know they are not exactly the same but they are very similar. The reason they are so similar is that I took a cool font that I liked and broke apart a couple of letters in Illustrator and tweaked a few paths before putting the final touches to it in Photoshop, artsconnect have used a letter from that same font set. But hey at least I made it less obvious! ;)

Anyway as Derek pointed out (by the way check out his site for essential Code Igniter hints and tips) it seems artsconnect.com.au have been using their logo since May 04, considerably longer than me so apologies to them and I hope I've driven some traffic to their site in the meantime :)

P.S. I'm not changing it though it took me ages!
